Cotoletta alla milanese - Milanese Veal Cutlet

 

Time: 30minutes

Ingredients ( 4 servings )

Veal 4 slices

Egg 1

Butter 80g

Flour
Bread crumbs

Salt & Pepper

Lemon juice 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Pepper the slices of veal, then cover lightly with some flour, dip them in the egg, dredge them in the bread crumbs.

  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry each side of the cutlets for 7 minutes.

  3. Salt and pepper them lightly and serve with the lemon juice.
